Beyonce’s real height is 5 feet, 7 inches. However, her toned and athletic shape gives off the impression that she’s taller than that—being on the stage also probably makes you seem taller than you are.

The star has been accused of trying to make herself taller than she is because she’s insecure about her height. Some people also wrote that she always chooses to wear high heels to give an illusion of being tall. However, that’s highly unlikely because Beyonce isn’t even short.

The average woman’s height in the US is 5 feet, 4 inches, which actually makes Beyonce taller than average.

The workout plan consisted of jumping lunges, plié Jumps, pelvic lifts, and reverse squat kicks. Of course, that was 9 years ago, so she’s now probably following a different routine, but at least you have an idea of what her exercises look like. She reportedly now follows a mix of weight lifting, calisthenics, and interval training.

One fan once followed a similar workout routine and expressed how hard it was, even though she only followed it for one week.

That great shape didn’t come by easily, after all!

Working out isn’t the only thing Beyonce does to stay in shape. She reportedly also follows a pretty strict diet plan with no bread, no sugar, no carbs, no fish, no dairy, no meat, and no alcohol. It’s mostly a plant-based diet with a significant calorie deficit, and it helps her stay within the recommended weight limit for her age and demanding job.

She stated that her diet didn’t only improve her shape and help her stay slim, but it also improved her skin and overall health.

Beyoncé, born and raised in Houston, began her career performing in talent shows and singing in choirs before joining the group Girl’s Tyme, which later became Destiny’s Child.

Married to music mogul Jay-Z in 2008, they are now the highest-earning couple in Hollywood history, with a combined net worth estimated at $3 billion as of January 2025.

Final Thoughts
